All versions of the Kinsmen Foundation logo and TeleMiracle logo are the sole property of the Kinsmen Foundation.
The Foundation is not liable for any injuries sustained by event volunteers or a participant and does not assume any type of liability for the event.
The Kinsmen Foundation does not support initiatives that pose a health risk or engage in illegal activity.
The Kinsmen Foundation reserves the right to refuse or revoke involvement with this fundraiser without any liability or obligation.
I will use the logo in the course of promoting my fundraising event and raising funds for the Kinsmen Foundation.
I will ensure that my actions/the group’s actions will not damage the Kinsmen Foundation’s reputation.
I will respect the confidentiality of personal information that may be provided by fundraiser participants and will use personal information only to administer this fundraiser in support of the Kinsmen Foundation.
I will conduct my fundraiser in a safe manner and adhere to all federal, provincial, or municipal laws, including SLGA requirements.
If the Kinsmen Foundation revokes its approval, I agree to immediately cease all use of any of the TeleMiracle branding and to immediately give the Kinsmen Foundation any funds raised.
I will remit all funds raised in support of TeleMiracle to the Kinsmen Foundation and will provide a complete accounting of all funds collected.
I will follow the rules, requirements, and policies of the Kinsmen Foundation and the Canada Revenue Agency.
Kinsmen Foundation have permission to use any photographs or video taken at this fundraiser that are submitted by me or posted on social media, for recognition or promotional purposes in any media and territory in perpetuity.
