About Danika: Danika hails from the small town of Horod, MB where her family still resides. She is new to Saskatchewan but so far is enjoying what this province has to offer. While her family remains in Manitoba, she is accompanied by her two beloved fur babies. Danika is a dedicated and compassionate individual who brings this into her role at the Kinsmen Foundation, joining the team in 2024.
The Best Thing About Working at the Kinsmen Foundation: For Danika, the most fulfilling part of working at the Kinsmen Foundation is helping people every day. The impact of her work is visible and tangible, making her feel incredibly rewarded. Sitting in board meetings and hearing the heartfelt stories of those they’ve helped brings a profound sense of purpose to her role.
Earliest or Favorite Memory of TeleMiracle: Danika is still crafting a favorite memory of TeleMiracle, but she is inspired by the stories and experiences shared by others.
The Best Thing About Living in Saskatchewan: Danika loves the people of Saskatchewan, the community spirit, and the “living skies.” She appreciates the neighbors-helping-neighbors mentality and the collective “get it done” attitude.
Dream Coffee Companion: If given the chance, Danika would love to have coffee with her grandma and grannie. Although they have both passed on, she has many questions she wishes she had asked them and would cherish the opportunity to hear their stories.
Dream Travel Locations: Danika dreams of visiting Ukraine someday and exploring the beautiful landscapes of Scotland.
