About Geneen: Geneen grew up in Watrous, SK. She cherishes spending as much time with her family as possible. She married in 1988, has two adult children and four grandsons. Geneen Guinan has been a dedicated member of the Kinsmen Foundation since 2010.Her involvement with the Saskatoon Kinette Club and the TeleMiracle 33 Committee has enriched her connection to the Foundation.
The Best Thing About Working at the Kinsmen Foundation: Geneen considers her role at the Kinsmen Foundation as her dream job, where she gets to help people every day. The meaningful impact of her work, coupled with the collaborative spirit shared with KIN members, social workers, occupational therapists, and vendors, fuels her passion for this wonderful organization.
Earliest or Favorite Memory of TeleMiracle: As a teenager in Watrous, Geneen and her friends took the STC bus to Saskatoon to watch the entire TeleMiracle show, staying awake, singing, and dancing in the audience. Today, she is part of the behind-the-scenes magic of TeleMiracle, gaining a unique perspective on the event each year.
The Best Thing About Living in Saskatchewan: Geneen loves the sense of community and pride that comes with living in Saskatchewan, particularly the spirit of TeleMiracle. She is proud to be from such a friendly and supportive province.
Dream Coffee Companion: If given the chance, Geneen would love to have coffee with her \dad who passed away a couple of years ago. She is also a big fan of Sylvester Stallone and would enjoy chatting with him, especially about his role in Rocky.
Dream Travel Locations: Geneen dreams of visiting Nashville due to her love for country music and Ireland to explore her husband’s Irish heritage.
